We are Century 21 Bonnie Blue’s first Real Estate Team!! Individually we are: Les Melton, Susan Huber, Vicky Melton, and Lynn Suhay. We are a team of three agents and an assistant, andWE'RE EXCITED about living in the Mountains and helping find dream homes or cozy cabins for people who want to enjoy our beautiful four season resort. too!!!!

Les Melton, our fearless leader, along with his wife Vicky, has lived and owned a business in Big Bear for over 30 years. He is a master sign maker and has created signs all over the Big Bear Valley. This experience has given him great marketing skills and an extensive knowledge of Big Bear. Les brings these strengths to our team!
Les is an avid volleyball player and is a world-class Disney Collector.

Susan Huber is the newest team resident of Big Bear. But she has already settled in as a "local" and brings a fresh take on the Valley. This strength keeps us all renewed and refreshed about the place you might want to live.
Susan is an amateur photographer, loves to hike and kayak, and is an incredible cook.

Vicky Melton, along with her husband, Les, has lived in Big Bear for over 30 years. Her successful 20 year career in local banking was a result of her trademark exceptional customer service and her willingness to "go the extra mile for her customers." She extends the extra mile to her community as has been acknowledged by many local service organizations for her service as she is the recipient of all of the prestigious awards given in Big Bear. She brings this strength to our team.
Vicky loves to dance, bike, hike and backpack!

Lynn Suhay is returning to Big Bear after a ten year hiatus in the city to be part of this team. Her skills as an executive assistant for the last fifteen years, bring a can-do attitude and the ability to get things done. She is resourceful, knowledgeable and a powerhouse! These are the kind of strengths a successful real estate team needs.
Lynn loves to do everything! Reading, movies, dining, travel, dancing, learning.........
